The future of travel are rockets and commercial space travel is thriving. This app is designed to aid passengers book flights and manage boarding passes across the galaxy.
One day, rocket boosters will sustainably be reusable and used for commercial travel, research, and interplanetary transportation. One day, rocket travel will be a normal and require a network that can retain customers and agencies working in conjunction. This smartphone app, HALO, is designed for that moment - the future of space travel.
Taking inspiration from rideshare applications already on market, HALO was designed to be a seamless passenger experience from start to finish. From booking flights to managing boarding passes and networks, HALO integrates modern design and simplicity into a singular package.

HALO's interplanetary network of orbital satellites provides users with dependable safety and communication.
A logo propelled upward, replicating the upward trajectory of a rocket. Paired with chiseled, strong text for a wordmark and tagline.
The HALO service is broken up into two different ride classes. The HALO logos were given an illuminating halo paired with multi-dimensional shadows and gradients.
From the splash screen to boarding pass management and account settings, the entire user experience was ideated and formed based on real user behaviors.
The four month project encompassed taking on new roles and responsibilities. Various softwares were used in harmony to create a dynamic, captivating journey.
A completely revolutionary idea enveloped in a UI/UX experience. This app will not only give a glimpse of the future but also demonstrate what is possible. Space companies are already sending private citizens to space, HALO will tag along for the journey.
HALO brings global space agencies together and works in conjunction with existing rocket bases to stabilize a healthy ecosystem of commercial rocket travel.
